The first step in the CMP is to understand what happens daily on your production floor. We determine which machines are critical based on the production demands of the customer, as well as backup machinery available and other potential resources. Once a summary for each production group is obtained, the next step is to gather a parts list of all machines involved in the critical supply chain. The parts list contains all necessary parts and materials that we suggest be addressed in order to eliminate a potential critical failure in the production sequence.
